Making a complaint

If you would prefer to submit your complaint by letter, or if you are unhappy with the response you have received to a previous complaint, please address your letter to:

What happens next?

  1. On receipt of your complaint, it will be acknowledged within 2 working days.
  2. Your complaint will be thoroughly investigated, and we will respond to you within 10 working days.
  3. If your complaint requires longer investigation, we will notify you of this within 10 working days.
  4. We will record your complaint to allow us to monitor the complaints we receive, and improve the service that we provide.
